Congratulations to Michael F. of California for winning this year’s official Everydaynerdpodcast Halloween Cosplay contest! The winner was determined by votes on our Facebook page, which you should visit and like, RIGHT NOW!

But back to our friend and winner – let’s here from Michael:

“It was suggested that I submit my 1st ever homemade cosplay of ‘Pyramid Head’ from Silent Hill to your contest.

As a stay-at-home dad, my son asked if I had a costume for Halloween yet. Pyramid Head’s character was one I was always afraid of when I used to play the game. I had to try making it; I’m no pro by any means. But I’m quite happy with how it turned out.

Good fun to have my son watch and learn as it came together in the process of 4 days. He is into building his own art projects on his table nowadays. Glad we did this. Happy Holidays all! Keep having fun! Woo!”
